Easter Popcorn Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Popcorn Ball Mixture

01 - 6 Peeps (any flavor or color), chopped into tiny bits
02 - 8 cups plain popped popcorn
03 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla for flavor
04 - 10 ounces (1 bag) of mini marshmallows
05 - 3 tablespoons butter, unsalted

→ Optional Add-ons

06 - Candies for decoration (small works best)
07 - Easter sprinkles
08 - A sprinkle of edible glitter for fun

# Instructions:

01 - Dump the popped popcorn into a big bowl, then pick out any hard, unpopped kernels so no one hurts their teeth biting in.
02 - Use scissors to cut the Peeps into smaller pieces. This makes them melt quickly and spread their flavor and color throughout.
03 - In a big pot over low heat, melt the butter gently. Once melted, toss in both the Peeps bits and mini marshmallows, stirring till the mix becomes smooth and colorful.
04 - Take the pot off the burner and mix in the vanilla. This adds a cozy touch of flavor to balance out the sweetness.
05 - Drizzle the melted marshmallow blend over the popcorn. Use a greased spatula or your hands to coat the popcorn evenly. Be gentle to avoid crushing it as you stir.
06 - Rub a little butter or cooking spray on your hands to avoid stickiness. Scoop out some coated popcorn and press it into balls, about 3 or 4 inches wide.
07 - While still a bit sticky, give your popcorn balls a festive touch by rolling them in sprinkles, adding glitter, or pressing on mini candies.
08 - Lay the balls on greased parchment paper or a nonstick baking sheet. Give them 15–20 minutes to cool down and firm up before you start enjoying them.

# Notes:

01 - Keep them in an airtight storage container for up to 2 days.
02 - Mix different Peeps colors to create vibrant, colorful popcorn balls.
03 - Let the marshmallow mix rest for a minute before shaping. It's easier to handle.
04 - Perfect for stuffing into Easter gift baskets or as party munchies.
