Put the pork in your slow cooker, and scatter the garlic around it.

Stir together the soy sauce, honey, dark soy or molasses, sesame oil, vinegar, ginger, cornstarch, and chili flakes in a bowl.

Drizzle the sauce over the pork, and toss it around until it’s coated (don’t worry if it’s not totally covered).

Cook for 2-2.5 hours on high or around 4 hours on low until the pork is super tender and falling apart.

Toss out the garlic. Shred the pork using a fork, and let it heat up on high for a few more minutes. Enjoy with rice, noodles, sliders, or tacos.
