# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough Snacks

01 - 1 cup rolled oats
02 - ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
03 - ½ cup pastel-colored M&Ms
04 - ½ cup white chocolate chunks
05 - ¼ cup honey, any variety
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (use only if you like)
07 - Small pinch of salt if desired
08 - Optional: coconut shreds for rolling

# Instructions:

01 - Use a medium bowl to toss together oats, white chocolate, and pastel M&Ms.
02 - In a smaller bowl, blend honey and peanut butter until it’s smooth. Stir in vanilla and salt, but only if you’d like.
03 - Pour the peanut butter mixture into the oats and candy mix. Stir well to make sure the mixture is coated and sticks together when pressed.
04 - Roll portions of the mix into small balls, about 1 inch big. If they’re too sticky, pop the mix in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to make it easier to handle.
05 - If you’d like, roll your formed balls in shredded coconut for a fun coating.
06 - Place the rolled bites onto a plate or tray, then let them chill in the fridge for half an hour so they firm up.
07 - Have some right away, or store them in an airtight box and keep them in the fridge for up to a week.

# Notes:

01 - Tiny M&Ms work better for balancing dough and candy.
02 - For nut allergies, try sunflower or almond butter instead of peanut butter.
03 - Throw in 2–3 tablespoons of protein powder to make these a filling snack!
04 - Want extra crunch? Add crushed crackers or some chopped nuts.
