Caramel Apple Squares (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 small egg for brushing.
02 - 6 tablespoons of sweet honey.
03 - A puff pastry sheet, divided into 8 rectangles.
04 - 2 apples, sliced super thin.
05 - A sprinkle of powdered sugar for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F and thinly cut the apples.
02 - Arrange apples and honey on parchment paper, then cover each with pastry pieces.
03 - Before baking, give it an egg wash. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
04 - Let it rest a bit, flip them over, bake longer if needed, then add powdered sugar.
