Fresh Tomato Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Avocado Topping

01 - 4 ripe avocados, diced after peeling and removing the pit
02 - 4 medium tomatoes, remove seeds and chop
03 - 1 jalapeño, finely diced after removing seeds
04 - ¼ cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
05 - 1 onion, diced

→ Zesty Dressing

06 - ¾ teaspoon of salt
07 - ¼ cup olive oil
08 - 2 crushed garlic cloves
09 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ground
10 - ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
11 - 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped finely
12 - ½ teaspoon cumin powder

# Instructions:

01 - Toss those onion pieces into a small bowl filled with cool water. Stir a few times and let them hang out for 10 minutes while you prep the rest.
02 - After draining the onions, toss them in a big bowl with tomatoes, diced avocados, your chopped jalapeños, and fresh cilantro.
03 - In a smaller bowl, blend all the dressing ingredients until everything’s fully mixed and smooth.
04 - Drizzle the dressing over the avocado mixture. Gently stir everything to coat evenly.
05 - Pair it up with some crunchy tortilla chips and dig in.

01 - Kick up the spiciness with cayenne or red pepper flakes
02 - White onions can substitute red if needed
