Bacon Cheeseburger Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef.
02 - 1 seasoning packet for tacos (1 oz).
03 - 6 cooked bacon slices, chopped up.
04 - Half a cup of water.
05 - A 16 oz tube of store-bought pizza dough.
06 - 1 and 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded.
07 - 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
08 - A tablespoon of fresh parsley.
09 - 2 minced garlic cloves.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain. Mix in the taco seasoning and water, letting it simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken.
02 - Set the oven to 375°F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Roll the pizza dough onto a floured surface and form a rectangle about 10x15 inches.
04 - Spread the cooked beef over the dough, leaving some space at the edges. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and cheese on top.
05 - Carefully roll the dough starting from the longer edge to form a log. Pinch the ends to seal.
06 - Cut the rolled log into pieces about 1 inch thick and place them on the baking sheet.
07 - Combine melted butter and the minced garlic, then brush it all over the rolls.
08 - Bake the rollups for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

01 - Try tossing in some diced onions or pickles for extra flavor.
