Set your broiler to high. Using kitchen shears, slice open the shells right down the top, then pull the meat out gently and place it above the shell. Toss on some salt and a little black pepper.

Heat butter in a frying pan over medium. Stir in the garlic for about a minute until it smells amazing. Slowly add the cream, lemon juice, and Parmesan. Keep stirring until it thickens.

Place the lobster tails on a tray for the oven. Spread some of that sauce on top, then broil for 8-10 minutes till the meat turns white and firm. Halfway through, brush on a little more sauce to keep it delicious.

Top the tails off with parsley and serve them warm, with lemon wedges on the side.
