Garlic Butter Lobster (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 4 fresh lobster tails (thawed first if frozen)

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

02 - 1/2 cup of heavy cream
03 - 4 minced garlic cloves
04 - 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
06 - A tablespoon of fresh-squeezed lemon juice

→ Seasonings & Garnish

07 - Salt and pepper as desired
08 - Lemon wedges to serve alongside
09 - A tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Set your broiler to high. Using kitchen shears, slice open the shells right down the top, then pull the meat out gently and place it above the shell. Toss on some salt and a little black pepper.
02 - Heat butter in a frying pan over medium. Stir in the garlic for about a minute until it smells amazing. Slowly add the cream, lemon juice, and Parmesan. Keep stirring until it thickens.
03 - Place the lobster tails on a tray for the oven. Spread some of that sauce on top, then broil for 8-10 minutes till the meat turns white and firm. Halfway through, brush on a little more sauce to keep it delicious.
04 - Top the tails off with parsley and serve them warm, with lemon wedges on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Check on the lobster while it’s broiling so it doesn’t dry out or overcook—it should be tender and firm.
02 - Going fresh with garlic and Parmesan adds so much more flavor!
03 - Basting is key—it keeps everything juicy and tasty.
