Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Grab a big bowl and toss in the hash browns, chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, veggies, chicken soup, milk, and thyme. Stir it up till it's combined.

Coat a 7x11-inch baking pan (or one close in size) with a little grease. Spread the mixture out evenly across the dish.

In a smaller bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the shredded cheddar. Scatter this over the top of the casserole evenly.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for half an hour.

Take the foil off and let it bake for another 15 minutes, or until it's bubbling and the top looks golden.

After pulling it from the oven, let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before digging in. Enjoy every bite!
