Quick Egg Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 eggs, large.
02 - Half a cup of water.
03 - 3 pre-sliced American cheese slices.
04 - A sprinkle of salt and pepper for flavor.
05 - 3 English muffins, split in half.
06 - 6 pieces of Canadian bacon.
07 - 2 tablespoons of butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the Canadian bacon in butter in a pan until it browns nicely.
02 - Using mason jar lids as a mold, steam the eggs in a skillet with water until they're fully set.
03 - On a pan, toast split English muffins with butter until they’re golden brown.
04 - Stack a muffin half, a slice of cheese, one egg, a slice of bacon, and finish with the muffin top.
