# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - ½ cup sour cream
03 - 1 cup marinara sauce
04 - 1 lb ground beef
05 - 1 onion, chopped into small pieces
06 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
07 - ¼ cup parmesan, grated
08 - 1 pack (8 oz) crescent dough rolls

# Instructions:

01 - In a frying pan, cook the ground beef with the chopped onions until the meat browns all the way. Drain any leftover fat afterward.
02 - Pour in the marinara sauce and blend everything together. Add a bit of salt and pepper if you'd like. Now, your beef mix is ready.
03 - In a bowl, combine mozzarella and sour cream by stirring until they're smooth and creamy.
04 - Spread the meat mixture evenly across the bottom of a casserole dish. Next, layer your cheesy mix right on top.
05 - Unroll your crescent dough and place it gently over the cheese layer, making sure every bit of the casserole is covered.
06 - Combine melted butter with parmesan in a little bowl and spread it over the top of the dough. You can brush or drizzle it on.
07 - Put it in the oven preheated to 375°F and bake for about 20-25 minutes. The crust should turn golden and flaky, and it’ll bubble underneath.
08 - Pull it out of the oven and let it cool down for several minutes before slicing it up to serve.

# Notes:

01 - This dish looks fancy but is super simple to make and tastes like homemade comfort food.
02 - Swap things up by tossing in ingredients like chopped peppers or seasonings like basil or oregano.
03 - Serve it alongside a crisp green salad for a complete meal.
04 - Store extras in the fridge safely for up to three days. Reheat them in the oven or a microwave.
