Lemon Berry Slush Punch (Print-Friendly Version)

Fruity, fizzy slush punch bursting with berries and citrus—ideal for cooling down lively springtime celebrations.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (12 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate
02 - 1 can (12 oz) frozen berry punch or mixed berry juice concentrate
03 - 2 cups cold water
04 - 2 cups lemon-lime soda, such as Sprite or 7UP
05 - 1 cup frozen mixed berries, e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
06 - Optional garnish: fresh mint sprigs, lemon slices, extra berries

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl or freezer-safe container, combine the frozen lemonade concentrate, berry punch concentrate, and water. Stir until everything is well blended.
02 - Place the mixture in the freezer for 4–6 hours or overnight. It should freeze into a soft, slushy consistency.
03 - When ready to serve, use a fork or spoon to scrape and break up the slush. Transfer it into a punch bowl or large pitcher.
04 - Pour the lemon-lime soda over the slush and gently stir to combine. The soda will add a light fizz and lift the flavors.
05 - Stir in the frozen berries and garnish with fresh mint, lemon slices, or a few extra berries for a beautiful presentation. Serve immediately with a ladle or large spoon.

# Notes:

01 - Freeze in individual molds for single-serve portions to elevate presentation.
02 - To expedite freezing, use a shallow container or periodically stir during chilling.
03 - Avoid using glass containers as the mixture expands during freezing.
