# Ingredients:

01 - 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)
02 - 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
03 - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
04 - 1 cup bell peppers, diced
05 - ½ cup onion, diced
06 - ½ cup sour cream for dipping

# Steps:

01 - Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
02 - Place one tortilla on a flat surface. Sprinkle half of it with 1 cup of cheese, then layer with chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Top with another cup of cheese and fold the tortilla in half.
