# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon matcha powder
02 - 1 medium frozen banana
03 - 1/2 cup 2% milk
04 - 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

06 - Fresh banana slices

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into your blender, following your blender's specific order suggestion. Typically, liquids like milk and yogurt go in first, with matcha powder and the frozen banana added afterward.
02 - Run the blender at high speed for around 60 seconds. You want a super smooth texture, with all the matcha well mixed in. If your blender's got a smoothie function, try using that.
03 - Pour the smoothie into a glass. Add on some banana slices and a sprinkle of matcha if you like. Drink it right away for the freshest taste.

01 - Make sure to pick ripe bananas! Green ones can mess up the flavor and leave it tasting bitter.
