# Ingredients:

01 - 2 salmon fillets
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
04 - 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
05 - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste
11 - Fresh oregano or parsley, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place salmon fillets on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
03 - Top salmon with chopped spinach, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese. Sprinkle dried oregano over the top.
