Naan Chicken Tzatziki Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Layer

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 2 large naan breads
03 - 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

→ Toppings

04 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
05 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
06 - 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
07 - Salt and black pepper to your liking
08 - 1 small red onion, sliced thin
09 - 1/2 cup halved kalamata olives (seeds removed)
10 - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
11 - Chopped parsley or dill for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Lay naan breads on a baking tray and spread tzatziki sauce on them, keeping a small edge clear.
03 - Start with the chicken, then add onion slices, halved tomatoes, olives, and finally sprinkle the feta.
04 - Pour a light drizzle of olive oil on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper as you prefer.
05 - Pop it in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the naan edges turn golden and crisp.
06 - Take out the pizzas and immediately top with fresh spinach to let the warmth soften it.
07 - Add a sprinkle of parsley or dill before slicing and enjoy it warm.

# Notes:

01 - Skip the chicken or use chickpeas for a vegetarian option.
02 - Pita bread works fine if naan isn’t handy.
03 - Leftover rotisserie chicken works great here.
04 - For a crunchier base, preheat the naan for a couple minutes before adding toppings.
