Fast No-Bake Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz of white chocolate for melting, like almond bark or vanilla-flavored coating.
02 - 2 cups of crispy rice cereal like Rice Krispies.
03 - A full cup of mini chocolate chips—split in half.
04 - ¾ cup of creamy-style peanut butter.
05 - 2 cups of those tiny marshmallows.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a big cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper.
02 - Follow the directions on the package to melt the white chocolate.
03 - In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter and melted chocolate until smooth.
04 - Gently fold in the crispy rice cereal, marshmallows, and ¾ cup of the chocolate chips.
05 - Use a scoop to drop spoonfuls onto the parchment paper. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
06 - Place the tray in the fridge and leave it for roughly 20 minutes or until the treats are firm.

# Notes:

01 - Pick melting chocolate, not the everyday white chocolate chips you’d use for baking.
02 - These stay fresh at room temp for up to 5 days.
03 - Pop them in the freezer—they’ll last for 3 months.
