No-bake candy bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Pink food dye (optional)
02 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
03 - 2 cups of powdered sugar
04 - 1 cup of marshmallow cream
05 - 1 cup of syrup with bubblegum flavor

# Instructions:

01 - Scoop the marshmallow cream into a big bowl, then pour in the bubblegum syrup. Stir until it's creamy, smooth, and fluffy.
02 - Add a bit of powdered sugar at a time (about half a cup), mixing after each handful. Keep at it until you’ve got a dough that's soft and easy to work with.
03 - Mix in the vanilla. If you want, toss in a couple drops of pink dye and stir until the color’s uniform throughout.
04 - Cover an 8x8-inch dish with parchment paper. Spread the mix into the dish, press it down to make it level, then pop it in the fridge for an hour or two until it’s firm.
05 - When it’s firm, pull the slab out using the parchment paper. Cut it into 8 slices or squares on a cutting board. Snack on it right away or keep the pieces in an airtight box for later.

# Notes:

01 - Adding pink dye isn’t necessary, but it really gives that bubblegum look and makes it prettier.
02 - These are soft and sugary, with a texture that feels almost like a marshmallow melting in your mouth.
03 - Store them at room temperature in a sealed container for up to 5 days, or keep them in the fridge where they'll last up to 2 weeks.
