Olive Garden Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Proteins

01 - 1 pound Italian sausage, crumbled
02 - 5 slices of thick bacon

→ Fresh Produce

03 - 1 small bunch of kale, chopped
04 - 4 big red potatoes, cubed
05 - 5 minced garlic cloves
06 - 1 diced medium onion

→ Broths & Spices

07 - 4 cups of water
08 - 2 cups of chicken stock
09 - 1/4 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs
10 - 1 cup of rich heavy cream

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the bacon for 5 minutes, then add the sausage. Fry for another 15 minutes until crispy.
02 - Toss in the onions and garlic using the meat oil. Stir for around 2-3 minutes.
03 - Pour in water and broth, then stir in potatoes and herbs. Cook until potatoes soften.
04 - Add kale and cream, stir gently, and cook for an extra 5 minutes till the kale looks soft.

01 - Prep veggies while meat cooks
02 - Leave a little bacon grease for richness
03 - Any type of potato works fine
