Peach Lemonade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Peach Lemonade

01 - 4-5 juicy peaches, ripe and ready to use
02 - A tablespoon of fresh mint leaves, plus a bit more for topping
03 - Your favorite lemonade (8 cups, store-bought or homemade)
04 - Loads of ice to keep it cold
05 - Slices of lemon for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Make a batch of lemonade from scratch or simply grab a store-bought version you love. Keep it chilled or set it aside for now.
02 - Rinse the peaches clean, then slice them up and discard the pits. Hold back about a quarter of the slices to decorate the glasses and the pitcher later.
03 - Take the leftover peach slices, toss them in a blender with a cup of lemonade, and add that spoonful of mint. Blend it all until silky smooth.
04 - Want a super smooth drink? Strain the blended peach mix through a fine strainer. Skip this if you’re okay with it being thick and flavorful.
05 - Pour the peach blend into a pitcher and mix it well with the rest of the lemonade until everything’s combined.
06 - Toss the reserved peach slices and some lemon rounds into the pitcher. Serve it up in icy glasses, garnished with extra mint and peach slices.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure to grab peaches that are soft, smell great, and are in season for the best results.
02 - Keep ice in the glasses instead of adding it to the pitcher so the drink doesn’t get watered down.
03 - Want to make it boozy? Add a splash of vodka or white rum right into the glass!
