Ranch Pork Chops Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 pork chops (boneless or bone-in)
02 - 1 ounce packet of ranch seasoning
03 - 1 small can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup
04 - 1/4 cup water

→ Optional Add-ins

05 - Chopped garlic
06 - Baby carrots
07 - Thinly sliced potatoes
08 - Cornstarch (1 tablespoon mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water for thickening)
09 - Onion slices

# Instructions:

01 - Spray or grease the inside of your slow cooker lightly so things don’t stick.
02 - Lay the pork chops flat at the bottom of the slow cooker. If you're using veggies like onions, add those below the chops if you like.
03 - In a bowl, stir together the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and water until it's smooth.
04 - Pour the creamy mixture over the pork chops, making sure every chop is coated. Now’s the time to toss in garlic or extra spices if you’re using them.
05 - Cover the slow cooker and let it go low for 6-7 hours, or crank it up to high for 3-4 hours. Check for tenderness and make sure the meat hits 145°F inside.
06 - For a thicker sauce, stir the cornstarch mix into the slow cooker about 30 minutes before it’s done. Let it cook on high until it thickens.
07 - Gently remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and drizzle that creamy sauce all over. Serve alongside veggies, rice, or mashed potatoes—you pick!

# Notes:

01 - To boost flavor, sear the pork chops in a pan with oil before cooking them.
02 - Bone-in chops tend to stay juicier and tastier than boneless ones when slow cooking.
03 - Cream of mushroom soup works just as well as cream of chicken, giving you a new flavor option.
04 - Toss in your favorite veggies, like carrots or potatoes, and it becomes an easy one-dish meal.
