Spray or grease the inside of your slow cooker lightly so things don’t stick.

Lay the pork chops flat at the bottom of the slow cooker. If you're using veggies like onions, add those below the chops if you like.

In a bowl, stir together the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and water until it's smooth.

Pour the creamy mixture over the pork chops, making sure every chop is coated. Now’s the time to toss in garlic or extra spices if you’re using them.

Cover the slow cooker and let it go low for 6-7 hours, or crank it up to high for 3-4 hours. Check for tenderness and make sure the meat hits 145°F inside.

For a thicker sauce, stir the cornstarch mix into the slow cooker about 30 minutes before it’s done. Let it cook on high until it thickens.

Gently remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and drizzle that creamy sauce all over. Serve alongside veggies, rice, or mashed potatoes—you pick!
