# Ingredients:

# Instructions:

01 - Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of jam right into your glass. Adjust based on how sweet you like it!
02 - Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. It’ll cut through the jam’s sweetness nicely.
03 - Mix the jam and lemon juice together until the jam is mostly dissolved. They’ll combine into a smooth base.
04 - Pour in your seltzer slowly. The fizz will give it a nice mix, so you don’t have to stir much.
05 - Toss in some ice and finish with fruit slices or a fresh herb sprig. Give it a small stir to finalize.
