Set your oven to 350°F to preheat. Coat a 9-inch round pie pan with non-stick spray.

In a big mixing bowl, toss together the flour, 1 cup of sugar, salt, and cinnamon until blended.

In another bowl, stir together eggs, melted butter, and both flavoring extracts until smooth.

Add the wet mixture to the dry mix and stir until combined. Gently mix in 2 cups of the blueberries.

Pour the batter into your pie dish. Scatter the leftover blueberries on top and sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Bake for 34-39 minutes or until it's firm and set.
