Easy Strawberry Yogurt Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Yogurt Cups

01 - A cup of yogurt, any variety you like
02 - Half a cup of granola, plus a little extra for sprinkling
03 - About half a cup of freshly diced strawberries, with the tops removed

→ Topping

04 - 1/4 cup of granola, preferably broken into smaller pieces
05 - Around 3/4 cup of strawberries, chopped or sliced as you prefer

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a muffin tin with 12 slots. Either line it with cupcake wrappers or use a flexible silicone pan.
02 - Toss about 2 teaspoons of granola into each muffin slot to make a base layer. Set aside for now.
03 - In a medium-sized bowl, combine the yogurt and the diced strawberries. Use a fork or pastry cutter to lightly mash the strawberries into the yogurt. Keep some small strawberry chunks in the mix.
04 - Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt and strawberry mixture into each muffin cup. Make sure it’s level by tapping the pan lightly.
05 - Press a slice or a tablespoon of strawberries onto the top of each yogurt cup. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of granola over it.
06 - Place the pan in your freezer and freeze until solid. This should take somewhere between 2 and 4 hours. Let them thaw just a bit before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can stay in your freezer for one to two months
02 - You can make it dairy-free with a vegan yogurt option
03 - Let sit for three to five minutes before eating
