Tuna Pasta Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 7 oz tuna from a can, drained thoroughly
02 - 3.5 oz uncooked elbow pasta

→ Dressing

03 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
04 - ⅓ cup light mayonnaise
05 - ⅓ cup sour cream (low-fat)
06 - ½ teaspoon ground pepper
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice

→ Vegetables

09 - ½ red onion, chopped
10 - ½ red bell pepper, diced
11 - 1 small Lebanese cucumber
12 - 3 big radishes (if you like)
13 - ¼ cup diced pickles or gherkins

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta according to the box. Cool it down after rinsing with cold water.
02 - Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl by whisking.
03 - Toss tuna along with chopped veggies in the dressing mixture.
04 - Add the cooled pasta and mix everything. Eat right away or store in the fridge for later.
