Lay out the sourdough slices on a surface. Spread some honey mustard evenly over each one.

Cut each slice of cheese in half to get 4 pieces. Start stacking your sandwich with cheese, turkey, tomato, spinach, and bacon. Make two sandwiches out of it all.

Rub softened butter on the outer sides of each slice—both tops and bottoms.

Place your sandwiches on a warm skillet and cook each side for 3–4 minutes till the bread gets golden and the cheese is all melty.

Move the sandwiches to plates and serve them while they're still warm. Add anything you like on the side.
