# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 6 fresh ears of corn
02 - 6 tablespoons of butter
03 - 1.5 tablespoons of your favorite cajun spice blend (or use the recipe below)
04 - Cooking spray (like avocado or olive oil)

→ Homemade Cajun Seasoning

05 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
06 - 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
07 - 1 tablespoon of paprika
08 - ¾ teaspoon cayenne chili powder
09 - 1 teaspoon of chili seasoning mix
10 - ½ teaspoon light brown sugar
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
12 - ¾ teaspoon of dried thyme
13 - ¼ teaspoon cracked black peppercorns
14 - 1 teaspoon of parsley flakes (dried)
15 - ½ teaspoon ground oregano leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Peel off husks and clean corn. Chop into small chunks, around 1.5 inches each, so you get about 3-4 sections from each cob.
02 - Lay the chunks of corn flat in one layer inside the air fryer basket. Spray them lightly with oil and cook at 400°F for about 5 minutes.
03 - Turn the corn over, spray it again, and return it to the air fryer for another 5 minutes. Cook a couple more minutes if needed, flipping now and then, until it’s nice and golden.
04 - Melt butter in a large bowl by microwaving it for 10-15 seconds until mostly liquid. Blend in the cajun seasoning until smooth and creamy.
05 - While it’s warm, toss the cooked corn in the spiced butter till each piece is evenly covered. Use a brush to help spread the mixture into all the nooks if needed.
06 - Serve the buttered corn while still warm. Serve some ranch dressing on the side for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
02 - Reheat in the microwave by zapping for 30 seconds at a time.
03 - If you prefer extra heat, throw in a bit more cayenne spice.
