Cheesy Pizza Bombs (Print-Friendly Version)

Fluffy biscuit dough loaded with gooey cheese and pepperoni, brushed with garlicky butter and Parmesan, then baked to golden perfection.

# Ingredients:

01 - Butter (3 tbsp) to coat the pan
02 - Biscuit dough (465 g or a 16 ½ oz can)
03 - Tomato marinara
04 - Pepperoni slices
05 - Mozzarella ball (225 g or 8 oz), chopped into squares
06 - Melted butter
07 - 2 minced garlic cloves
08 - Some salt for seasoning
09 - Pepper to flavor
10 - Italian seasoning (1 tablespoon)
11 - Grated Parmesan to sprinkle on top

# Steps:

01 - Heat your oven up to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread some butter on it.
02 - Slice the biscuit dough into halves. Press each half into a small round shape—almost like tiny pizza crusts!
03 - Spoon a little marinara onto each dough circle. Stack a slice of pepperoni and plop a mozzarella cube on top.
04 - Gently pull the dough edges over the filling, pinching them closed at the top. Make sure they’re fully sealed so nothing leaks. Place these bundles onto the baking sheet.
05 - Combine melted butter, garlic, a pinch of salt, a touch of pepper, and some Italian herbs in a bowl. Stir it until it’s mixed.
06 - Spread the butter mixture over the bombs using a pastry brush, then sprinkle Parmesan over each. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until they’re golden and gorgeous.
07 - Let them cool just a bit so they don’t burn your fingers or mouth. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping, and watch them get devoured in no time!

# Notes:
