# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ready-made pizza dough.
02 - 3 chicken breasts, no skin or bones.

04 - 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper.
05 - 1 tsp of garlic powder.
06 - 1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil.
07 - 3/4 cup water (add more if needed).
08 - All-purpose flour for rolling.
09 - 1/2 cup creamy Caesar sauce.
10 - 6 strips of crispy bacon, crumbled.
11 - 2 green onions, thinly chopped.
12 - 1 cup shredded Italian-style cheese.
13 - 3/4 cup Parmesan, grated.
14 - 1 large egg, whisked.

# Steps:

01 - Leave the pizza dough out for an hour to warm up.
02 - Crisp up the bacon in the oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes. Cool it off and break into bits.
03 - Rub the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear it in oil, pour in some water, then bake until it hits 165°F inside.
04 - Flatten the dough into 3 rounds. Spread Caesar dressing, sprinkle cheeses, then add chicken, bacon, and green onion on top. Roll into tight logs.
05 - Coat the logs with egg, top with cheese, and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

# Notes:

01 - You can make these ahead and freeze them.
02 - Switch up the meat and cheeses to suit your taste.
03 - Reheat in the oven to keep that crunch.
