Mango Sorbet (Print-Friendly Version)

Smooth mango sorbet blended with lime and sweetener. Light, creamy, and refreshingly simple.

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups mango chunks (15 oz)
02 - 1/4 cup sugar of choice (pure maple syrup, white sugar, xylitol, etc.)
03 - 2 tsp lime juice
04 - Optional lime zest

# Steps:

01 - Peel and pit fresh mango if using. Slice into bite-sized pieces and freeze in a bag or lidded container.
02 - Allow frozen mango to thaw slightly until your blender or food processor can easily process it. Blend mango chunks, sugar, lime juice, and optional zest until thick and smooth.
03 - Serve using an ice cream scoop for presentation. Freeze leftovers for up to three months and thaw briefly before serving again.
