Dump the sugar and water into a small saucepan. Let it heat over medium, giving it an occasional stir until the sugar melts and it starts to bubble lightly.

When the mixture starts boiling, lower the heat to keep it from burning or evaporating too much.

Now add the puree, condensed milk, salt, and pumpkin spice mix to the saucepan. Stir it all together until it’s mixed well.

Let the mixture cook on low for another minute or two while stirring. You want it smooth, warmed through, and nice and blended.

Take it off the heat and let it cool down fully. Once it’s no longer warm, pour it into a jar or any container with a lid. Stick it in the fridge, and it’ll keep fresh for up to 14 days.
