A fast and simple take on Starbucks' iconic pumpkin spice sauce. Perfect for autumn coffees or teas, ready to enjoy quickly!

# Ingredients:

→ Syrup Base

01 - 2/3 cup pureed pumpkin
02 - 1/2 cup plain water
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
04 - 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk

→ Spices

05 - 1/4 tsp salt
06 - 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix

# Steps:

01 - Dump the sugar and water into a small saucepan. Let it heat over medium, giving it an occasional stir until the sugar melts and it starts to bubble lightly.
02 - When the mixture starts boiling, lower the heat to keep it from burning or evaporating too much.
03 - Now add the puree, condensed milk, salt, and pumpkin spice mix to the saucepan. Stir it all together until it’s mixed well.
04 - Let the mixture cook on low for another minute or two while stirring. You want it smooth, warmed through, and nice and blended.
05 - Take it off the heat and let it cool down fully. Once it’s no longer warm, pour it into a jar or any container with a lid. Stick it in the fridge, and it’ll keep fresh for up to 14 days.

# Notes:

01 - This batch makes 40 tablespoons of syrup, which is enough for around 10 drinks using 4 tablespoons each.
02 - To make a pumpkin latte, mix 4 tablespoons of this syrup into a mug of hot coffee or chai tea, then top off with frothed milk.
03 - Once refrigerated, the sauce will thicken a bit. It’ll loosen right up when stirred into something hot.
