Set the air fryer temperature to 400°F, and pat the haddock dry with paper towels before starting.

In a medium bowl, mix the panko, Parmesan, parsley, dill, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper together.

Spread mayonnaise over both sides of the fish. Press the fish into the coating mix, making sure it sticks. Then drizzle or brush on some olive oil.

Lay the fillets in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren't crowded. Cook at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes and the crust turns golden brown.

Carefully take the fish out and serve them right away with lemon slices on the side.
