03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
05 - Add salt as needed
06 - Add pepper as preferred
07 - Lemon slices for garnish

→ Fish and Coating

08 - 4 fillets of haddock
09 - 1/2 cup panko crumbs
10 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, shredded
11 - 1-2 tablespoons of mayo
12 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Set the air fryer temperature to 400°F, and pat the haddock dry with paper towels before starting.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix the panko, Parmesan, parsley, dill, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper together.
03 - Spread mayonnaise over both sides of the fish. Press the fish into the coating mix, making sure it sticks. Then drizzle or brush on some olive oil.
04 - Lay the fillets in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren't crowded. Cook at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes and the crust turns golden brown.
05 - Carefully take the fish out and serve them right away with lemon slices on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the fish’s internal temperature hits 145°F.
02 - Lay the fillet skin-side down if there’s skin.
03 - Don’t put too many fillets in the air fryer at once.
