Cut the pineapple by peeling, coring, and slicing it into rings or chunks. Measure out 2 big cups and add them to a mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Pour the mix over the pineapple and carefully toss until everything's evenly covered.

Spread out the pineapple pieces in your air fryer basket. Keep them in one layer. Cook at 380°F for about 12 to 15 minutes. Flip halfway through for a nice caramelized finish.

While the pineapple cooks, stir together the cashew cream or vegan mayo, lime juice, and chili powder in a separate small bowl.
