# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup plain flour.
02 - 1/2 cup sugar for the base.
03 - Half a cup of room-temp butter.
04 - One 15 oz can of crushed pineapple, drained well.
05 - A single cup of sour cream.
06 - 1/2 cup sugar reserved for filling.
07 - Two big eggs.
08 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor.
09 - Powdered sugar for sprinkling on top.

# Steps:

01 - Combine the flour and sugar, then mix in the butter until the texture is crumbly. Spread it in a 9x13 pan and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
02 - Whisk together the pineapple, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and sugar until the mixture is smooth.
