01 - In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise or sour cream, and parsley until well combined.
02 - Lay out each tortilla and spoon the cheesy chicken mixture evenly across the center. Add baby spinach, lettuce, or sliced tomatoes if desired. Roll up each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to form a wrap.
03 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the wraps, ensuring even coverage.
04 - Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crisp.
