Bacon Alfredo Crust (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Crust

01 - One 11.36-ounce box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
02 - Half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese
03 - Three-fourths cup cold water
04 - 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil to help spread the dough
05 - 4 tablespoons of butter

→ For the Toppings

06 - 8 ounces of chicken breast or thigh meat (without bones or skin)
07 - 1 to 2 tablespoons of Kinders Blackened Seasoning
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 8 ounces of cooked bacon, crumbled
10 - Half of a 14.5-ounce jar of Alfredo sauce
11 - 3 to 4 cups of freshly grated mozzarella cheese
12 - Parsley flakes (dried) as a garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 425°F.
02 - Combine the biscuit mix with the cold water and cheddar cheese. Either grease a 10x15 rimmed baking sheet or add a layer of parchment paper to it.
03 - Put some olive oil on your hands, then press and flatten the dough onto the baking sheet. If needed, add more oil to help shape it evenly. Bake it for around 10 minutes beforehand.
04 - Rub your chicken pieces with the blackened seasoning. Heat olive oil on medium in a skillet, and cook the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until fully done. Let it cool down and then chop into small chunks.
05 - Take the butter, melt it, and stir in the included seasoning packet. Use this blend to coat the baked crust. Then, layer Alfredo sauce, sprinkle 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, spread out the bacon and chicken, and end with the remaining cheese on top.
06 - Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Serve while hot.

# Notes:

01 - The biscuit mix box provides enough dough for the crust.
02 - You won’t need more than half a jar of Alfredo sauce.
