In a big mixing bowl, toss together the chopped lettuce, diced chicken, dressing, Parmesan, and croutons. Mix everything well using tongs. Salt and pepper it to your taste. If you like a creamier salad, add a splash more dressing.

Heat up each tortilla in a large dry skillet over medium heat for about 15 to 30 seconds per side, just until soft. Keep them warm under a clean tea towel. You can also warm them in the microwave between damp paper towels for the same amount of time.

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Scoop a portion of the Caesar salad filling into the center. Fold in the sides first, then roll it up like a burrito. If it feels loose, use a toothpick to keep it all together.

Slice each wrap in half for easier eating or leave them whole if you prefer.
