Chicken Wrap Caesar Style (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 cups of romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
02 - 1 and a half cups of diced, cooked chicken
03 - 1/3 cup of Caesar salad dressing
04 - 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated fresh
05 - 1/2 cup of crunchy croutons
06 - Salt (Kosher) and freshly cracked black pepper, as needed
07 - 4 flour wraps or tortillas (10-inch size)

# Instructions:

01 - In a big mixing bowl, toss together the chopped lettuce, diced chicken, dressing, Parmesan, and croutons. Mix everything well using tongs. Salt and pepper it to your taste. If you like a creamier salad, add a splash more dressing.
02 - Heat up each tortilla in a large dry skillet over medium heat for about 15 to 30 seconds per side, just until soft. Keep them warm under a clean tea towel. You can also warm them in the microwave between damp paper towels for the same amount of time.
03 - Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Scoop a portion of the Caesar salad filling into the center. Fold in the sides first, then roll it up like a burrito. If it feels loose, use a toothpick to keep it all together.
04 - Slice each wrap in half for easier eating or leave them whole if you prefer.

# Notes:

01 - These wraps taste best when eaten freshly made.
02 - Any kind of pre-cooked chicken works here.
03 - Prepare the ingredients ahead of time to save effort.
