Using a mixing bowl, whip the butter and brown sugar until fluffy and light. Then mix in salt and vanilla until smooth.

Slowly add the treated flour and stir until it’s fully blended in. Pour in the milk and mix until the dough comes together nicely.

Gently fold the chocolate chips into the dough, spreading them evenly.

Roll the dough into small balls, about a tablespoon each. Lay them on a parchment-covered baking tray, then chill in the fridge for half an hour.

Put the chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave-safe dish. Heat in 20-second bursts, stirring each time, until silky and melted.

Take the chilled dough balls and dunk halfway into the melted chocolate. Set them back onto the lined tray, and sprinkle additional chips on top if you like.

Let the chocolate harden either at room temp or pop them in the fridge to speed it up. Once set, they’re ready to enjoy!
