Banana Milk Coffee (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Banana Milk

01 - 1 tablespoon of simple syrup
02 - 1 fully ripe banana
03 - 1 cup of milk (you can use any variety, including dairy-free options)

→ Coffee Base

04 - Ice cubes
05 - 1 cup of chilled cold brew coffee

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the milk, banana, and syrup into the blender. Run it until the mixture’s silky smooth with no chunks, which usually takes one minute.
02 - Drop ice cubes into two large glasses (16 ounces each). They should be tall enough to fit everything comfortably.
03 - Pour the cold coffee over the ice, splitting it evenly between both glasses.
04 - Evenly divide the creamy banana milk, pouring it gently over the coffee. You’ll notice lovely layers forming in the glass.
05 - Pop in a straw and drink it right away. You can stir up the layers for a uniform flavor or enjoy the pretty layering first.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to pick your favorite milk, whether it’s dairy or a plant-based option like soy, almond, or oat.
02 - Using a banana with lots of brown spots makes your drink naturally sweeter.
03 - Making simple syrup at home is a breeze—just heat equal parts of water and sugar together until dissolved.
