Creamy Rice Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Mixture

01 - 6 cups of whole milk (for the creamiest results)
02 - 1 cup of uncooked medium-grain rice
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 teaspoons of cinnamon (ground or a whole stick works)
05 - 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla

→ Extras & Final Touches

06 - 1/4 cup of raisins or skip if you don't like them
07 - 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk for richness
08 - 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
09 - Cinnamon for sprinkling on top

# Instructions:

01 - Put the milk, rice, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and raisins into a big pot. Warm everything over medium heat until it starts bubbling. Stir here and there so it doesn't stick or burn.
02 - Turn the heat way down once it boils. Let it cook gently for 15-20 minutes while stirring off and on with a wooden spoon. It should get creamy, and the rice should be soft when you taste it.
03 - Take your pot off the stove. Stir the butter and condensed milk in until fully blended. If it's too thick, mix in a little milk (around 1/4 cup) to adjust the texture.
04 - Dish the pudding into bowls while it's still warm. Add some cinnamon on top and a few extra raisins if you like. You can eat it warm or put it in the fridge for later if you like it cold.

# Notes:

01 - This comforting dish has been cherished by families for generations.
02 - Using raw rice lets it soak up all the delicious flavors while cooking.
03 - Keep in mind that the pudding thickens up more as it cools.
