Crispy Air Fryer Haddock (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fish and Coating

01 - 4 pieces of haddock fillets
02 - 1-2 spoonfuls of mayo
03 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
04 - 1/2 cup of Parmesan, finely grated
05 - 1/2 cup of crispy panko crumbs

→ Seasonings

06 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
07 - Salt, add as much as you like
08 - A few lemon slices for serving
09 - 2 teaspoons of dried dill leaves
10 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
11 - Black pepper, add to your liking
12 - 1 tablespoon of dried parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Get your air fryer set to 400°F. Use paper towels to dry off the haddock.
02 - In a bowl, stir together Parmesan, panko, dill, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
03 - Spread mayo evenly on both sides of the haddock pieces. Press them into the crumb mixture until nicely coated. Finish by brushing or drizzling with olive oil.
04 - Arrange the fillets in the fryer basket so they don't overlap. Cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until the topping turns crispy and the fish flakes apart easily.
05 - Carefully take the fish out and serve while it’s still hot. Add lemon on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the fish reaches 145°F inside.
02 - Keep your fryer basket roomy. Don't squeeze the fillets.
03 - If there's skin on the fish, lay it down skin side first.
