03 - 3-4 chicken breasts, boneless and without skin

07 - 2 tablespoons of quality olive oil
08 - Juice squeezed from one lemon
09 - 1 cup of orzo pasta

# Instructions:

01 - Chop up the garlic, slice your cherry tomatoes, and cook the orzo following the box instructions.
02 - Warm up some olive oil in a pan on medium. Season the chicken and cook each side for 6-7 minutes until it turns golden.
03 - Toss the garlic and your cherry tomatoes into the pan and stir until the aroma stands out.
04 - Mix the cooked orzo and spinach leaves into the pan until the spinach softens.
05 - Pour the lemon juice in, sprinkle on oregano, stir briefly, and serve it while warm. Add any toppings you like before serving.
