Mix the lettuce, chicken, dressing, Parmesan, and croutons together in a big bowl. Toss everything around with tongs. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, and add extra dressing if you'd like.

Place each tortilla in a hot pan for 15 to 30 seconds on either side to make them soft. Cover with a towel to keep them warm. Alternatively, you can heat them in the microwave between sheets of paper towels for the same time.

Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface, spread the salad mixture evenly in the center of each. Fold the sides inward, then roll them up tightly like a burrito. You can use toothpicks if you need to keep them closed.

Serve the wraps whole or cut them in half for easier handling.
