Preheat the oven with a cookie sheet inside at 375°F. Let the crust sit out for about 10 to 20 minutes to soften. Poke the sides and bottom with a fork. Place the crust on the hot cookie sheet and bake 9-11 minutes until it gets a light golden look.

Whip the cream cheese spread until it’s nice and smooth. Crack in the eggs one at a time, mixing well with each addition. Stir in the shrimp pieces and shredded pepper Jack cheese.

Pour the creamy filling into the crust that’s already baked. Place on the cookie sheet again and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the middle is firm and the top starts to turn lightly golden.

Set it aside for 15 minutes before cutting into slices and serving warm.
