Quick Oven Risotto (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ teaspoon of flaky sea salt
02 - 2 cups of broth, chicken or veggie—your choice
03 - 6–8 big prawns with tails (peeled or unpeeled, as you like)
04 - ¾ cup of creamy arborio rice
05 - 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon of butter, unsalted

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 400°F.
02 - Melt the butter in a pot that has a tight-fitting lid and is safe to go in the oven. Use medium heat on the stove.
03 - Toss in the minced garlic and stir for a minute. Then add the rice and cook it for 1–2 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when it smells super fragrant.
04 - Throw in the prawns, broth, and salt. Mix everything well and let it come to a boil.
05 - Pop the lid on the pot and put it in the oven. Let it bake for 20 minutes without touching it.
06 - Take it out of the oven, give it a good stir, and serve it up right away.

# Notes:

01 - Arborio rice is a must for that classic risotto texture.
02 - If you eat it right away, it’ll have a saucy consistency. If you wait longer, you might need to add more liquid to freshen it up.
