Mozzarella Biscuit Pockets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 package Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits (8 pieces)
02 - 4 mozzarella string cheese sticks, each sliced into 8 even chunks

→ Garlic Butter

03 - 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
04 - 1 tablespoon garlic, minced super fine
05 - 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
06 - A small pinch of sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Start by getting your oven heated to 400°F so it’s ready by the time you’re done prepping.
02 - Take the biscuits out of their packaging. Split each one in half and either roll or press them with your hands until they’re about 1/4 inch thick and still round.
03 - Grab a small bowl and mix the melted butter, chopped parsley, finely minced garlic, and a little pinch of salt. This will add flavor and work as a glaze for the biscuits.
04 - Place two pieces of the cut mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit round. Fold the dough over the cheese, making sure to pinch the edges until sealed and roll into a ball. Put each ball seam-side down on your baking sheet.
05 - Use a pasty brush to generously coat each dough ball with the garlic butter mix. Pop the tray into the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the tops turn golden and delicious.
06 - Once out of the oven, brush on the rest of the garlic butter right away for extra flavor and shine. They’re best served warm so everyone can enjoy the ooey-gooey cheese inside.

# Notes:

01 - Use a light-colored baking sheet so the bottoms don’t bake too fast.
02 - These are tastiest fresh out of the oven while the cheese is still melty.
03 - You can prep them earlier in the day and bake when ready to serve.
