Zucchini Cheese Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 and a half pounds of zucchini.
02 - A small white onion.
03 - Two garlic cloves.
04 - Half a cup of olive oil.
05 - 4 large eggs.
06 - One cup of all-purpose flour.
07 - 4 teaspoons of baking powder.
08 - Half a cup of Parmesan, grated.
09 - Half a cup of Romano cheese, grated.
10 - Half a teaspoon of salt.
11 - Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
12 - A quarter teaspoon of dried basil.
13 - Butter for greasing your pan.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 375°F. Slice the zucchini thinly—around 1/8 of an inch—then use a towel to pat them dry.
02 - Throw the zucchini, onion, and garlic into a bowl and mix. Whisk together the eggs and olive oil, then stir them into the vegetables.
03 - Now combine the flour, baking powder, cheeses, and seasonings into the bowl and mix everything up.
04 - Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 55 to 60 minutes until the top turns golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Get the right weight for the zucchini.
02 - Skip using large zucchini with lots of seeds.
03 - Let it cool for 5 minutes before you cut it up.
