Garlic Keto Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 tablespoon parmesan to add on top.
04 - 2 eggs.
05 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup almond flour.
07 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
08 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
09 - 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded (low moisture).
10 - 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated.
11 - 1 tablespoon butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up both cheeses, then mix with eggs, almond flour, and baking powder.
02 - Place the dough in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
03 - Cut the dough into 8 portions, then press into rounds between sheets of parchment.
04 - Cook them in the oven at 350°F for 15-17 minutes, or until golden brown.
05 - Sizzle garlic in a mix of butter and olive oil until it gets golden.
06 - Spread the garlic butter on top, sprinkle some parmesan, then bake for another minute.
