Banana Pancakes for One (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 banana, fully ripe.
02 - 1 large egg.
03 - 2 spoons of buttermilk.
04 - A tablespoon of olive oil.
05 - 2 teaspoons of brown sugar.
06 - 1/3 cup of flour, plus 2 more tablespoons.
07 - 1 small spoon of baking powder.
08 - A dash of baking soda (1/8 teaspoon).
09 - Tiny pinch of salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Mash up the banana in a bowl. Stir in the egg, buttermilk, oil, and sugar until combined.
02 - Throw in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and some salt. Whisk until batter is smooth.
03 - Warm up a pan over medium. Lower heat slightly and oil the surface.
04 - Spoon out about 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake. Wait for bubbles on top, then flip it over.

# Notes:

01 - You can switch to a gluten-free flour mix if you'd like.
02 - Toss in some nuts, fruits, or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
03 - Each pancake should take somewhere between 4 to 6 minutes.
