Mash up the banana in a bowl. Stir in the egg, buttermilk, oil, and sugar until combined.

Throw in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and some salt. Whisk until batter is smooth.

Warm up a pan over medium. Lower heat slightly and oil the surface.

Spoon out about 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake. Wait for bubbles on top, then flip it over.
