Sweet Pecan Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust Section

01 - One box (16 oz) of pre-made pie crusts (includes 2 crusts)

→ Filling Mix

02 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
03 - 1 cup corn syrup (light)
04 - Half a cup of melted butter (unsalted)
05 - Three eggs, large
06 - 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
07 - A teaspoon of vanilla
08 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 350°F (175°C). Meantime, grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
02 - Unroll those pie crusts and spread them out in the greased dish. Cover all the edges and the base properly.
03 - In a big mixing bowl, toss in corn syrup, brown sugar, the melted butter, eggs, salt, and vanilla. Stir till it's smooth, and then stir in pecans at the end.
04 - Pour the filling blend on top of the crust, spreading it evenly with a spoon or spatula.
05 - Bake for 30-35 minutes. It's done when the top gets golden and the middle doesn’t wiggle anymore. Cool it off completely before slicing.

01 - Cool all the way down for easy slicing.
02 - Delicious when warm or served at room temp.
