Watermelon Brie Arugula Bites (Print-Friendly Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 small watermelon, cut into small slices
02 - 1/2 cup arugula leaves
03 - 1/2 brie wheel, rind removed

→ Balsamic Glaze

04 - 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
05 - 3 tablespoons sugar

# Steps:

01 - In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and sugar. Heat to boiling and then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer until reduced to syrup consistency, about 15 minutes. Let cool.
02 - On a serving tray, layer watermelon slices, arugula, and sliced brie. Drizzle with cooled balsamic vinegar syrup before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Balsamic glaze can be made in advance and refrigerated until needed. Warm slightly before drizzling on the watermelon and brie.
